平消胶囊与放疗同步治疗中上段食管癌疗效的对比性研究

Relative study of combination of Pingxiao capsule and radiotherapy on the treatment of meta-,epimere tumors of esophagus

目的评价平消胶囊与放疗同步治疗中上段食管癌的临床疗效。方法将108例中上段食管癌患者随机分为2组。治疗组54例应用平消胶囊加放疗治疗,对照组54例单纯放疗治疗。2组均治疗6~7周后统计疗效。结果治疗组有效率96.3%,对照组有效率74.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。T淋巴细胞转录脱氧核糖核酸(rDNA)转录活性分析显示2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平消胶囊与放疗同步治疗食管癌,可以提高疗效,有放疗增敏作用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of combination of Pingxiao capsule and radiotherapy on the treatment of meta-, epimere tumors of esophagus. Methods 108 patients with meta-, epimere tumors of esophagus were randomly divided intotwo groups. Patients in control group were treated by only radiotherapy .
