摘要
目的:探讨氟康唑滴耳液治疗外耳道真菌病的效果。方法:外耳道滴用氟康唑滴耳液,观察其疗效。结果:经过7～14天的治疗,全部病例获得基本干耳而临床治愈。结论:氟康唑滴耳液治疗外耳道真菌病疗效显著。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fluconazole ear drops in otomycosis externa.Methods:Total of 71 cases of otomycosis externa were randomly divided into 2 groups:fluconazole ear drops group(37 cases)and control group(34 cases).Results:The effective rate was 97.3% and 85.3% respectively in fluconazole ear drops group and control group.The recrudescence rate was 5.4% and 29.4% respectively in fluconazole ear drops group and control group.The differences between two groups were statistically signi...
