摘要
为衡量产品模块化程度,将复杂网络理论及无标度模型应用于大批量定制领域,构建了产品族零部件关系网络.研究发现网络双对数度分布曲线斜率与网络节点增长速度成正比.通过分析产品族零部件关系网络的节点增长速度与产品族模块化程度之间的关系,提出了基于产品族零部件关系网络节点度分布曲线斜率的产品族模块化程度比较方法.以某工业汽轮机产品为例,对汽轮机装置与汽轮机本体的模块化程度进行了比较.结果表明,汽轮机装置的模块化程度比汽轮机本体高,这与实际情况相符,从而验证了该方法的正确性.
