以就业为导向推进高职教育教学改革

Taking Employment as Guiding Orientation in Propelling Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Education

通过对 3 0 0名保定职业技术学院 2 0 0 3届毕业生的问卷调查及对调查结果的分析 ,笔者认为高职教育要以就业为导向 ,推进教育教学改革 ,即专业设置与市场需求零距离 ;培养专业技能是重中之重 ;就业指导突出重点 ;

Through questionnaire survey to 300 graduates of 2003 from Baoding Vocational and Technical College and analysis of the result,the author think that we should take employment as guiding orientation in propelling education and teaching reform of higher vocational education,i.e.,we should make major setting well meet the needs of market;attach vital importance to training professional skill;give prominence to the key points in guiding employment;bring credentials training into program.
