摘要
采用文献资料调研和逻辑分析等方法,收集目前国内外竞技体育后备人才培养的资料,分析竞技体育后备人才培养的研究现状,旨在为促进竞技体育的可持续发展提供参考.
In this article,by applying literature and logic,with the related data collected,the current situation of how to foster talented aports reserves in China and abroad is analyzed,which could serve as a reference for promoting the sustainable development of athletics.
