摘要
采用比例法和绝对浓度法检测了56株结核分枝杆菌对异烟肼和利福平的敏感性,探讨了比例法和绝对浓度法检测结核分枝杆菌耐药性的一致性和可比性。检测结果显示:2种方法检出的耐药率差异无显著性;用2种方法进行结核分枝杆菌耐药性测定的一致性较高,采用国际通用的比例法,依然具有与我国传统采用绝对浓度法获得的资料数据的可比性。
To analyze the comparability between proportion method and absolute concentration method in drug susceptibility testing for M.tuberculosis.56 isolates were detected for the drug susceptibility testing against INH and RFP using both proportion method and absolute concentration method.The resistance to both INH and RFP in 56 strains did not show statistically significant difference between two methods.The accordance between two methods is high,and the results obtained by proportion method are comparable with ...
