内镜下食管黏膜切除术技术要点 被引量：2

摘要 随着内镜和影像诊断技术的发展,检出消化道表浅、微小的肿瘤甚至是癌前病变已不再困难,对这些病变进行内镜下治疗可获得较好疗效。目前有多种治疗早期食管癌及其癌前病变的方法[1],内镜下食管黏膜切除是其中较为有效的方法之一,该方法简便、创伤性小、并发症少。
