摘要
在温度为18、12 C及光合有效辐射为50μmol·(m^2·s)^(-1)的低温弱光条件下探讨4个不同黄瓜品种生长及生理特性的差异。结果表明:低温弱光胁迫下津优30、农大14的相对生长量显著高于白皮黄瓜、胡瓜。随低温弱光胁迫时间的延长,幼苗叶绿素含量迅速降低,但津优30下降不明显。津优30、农大14的净光合速率(Pn)在低温弱光胁迫9 d后,分别恢复到处理前的62.9%、72.9%,叶绿素荧光量子产额均保持在较高水平,其余2个品种Pn恢复较少,叶绿素荧光量子产额显著下降。
The growth and physiological characteristics of four cucumber cultivars were studied under low temperature (18,12 C)and light intense(PED 50μmol·(m^2·s)^(-1)in this paper.The results indicated that the relative growth value of Jinyou 30 and Nongda 14 were much higher than that of Paipi and Hugua under low temperature and light intense.With the time of low temperature and light intense stress,the chlorophyll content were decreased dramatically,however,Jinyou 30 was less affected.The Pn of Jinyou 30 and Nongd...
