摘要
以AlN和Al2O3为原料,Y2O3为烧结助剂,N2气氛下无压烧结制备了AlON-AlN复相材料;运用XRD及SEM等方法对复相材料的相组成、显微结构进行表征。研究了烧结温度和Al2O3含量对复相陶瓷烧结性能、力学性能和热导率的影响。结果表明AlON-AlN复相陶瓷的强度随着Al2O3加入量的增加而增大,在Al2O3加入量为30%时达到最大值,随着Al2O3含量进一步增加,强度也随之下降;热导率则随着Al2O3加入量的增加呈明显的下降趋势。
AlON-AlN composites were prepared with Y2O3 additive by pressure less sintering under nitrogen atmosphere.The phase composition and micro-structure of AlN-AlON composites were characterized by XRD and SEM.The effect of sintering temperature and Al2O3 content on sintering performance,mechanical property and thermal conductivity were studied.The results show that mechanical strength of AlON-AlN composites increased when the content of Al2O3 additive increased,and it reach to maximum when the content is 30%.When the content of Al2O3 additive increased ulteriorly,the mechanical strength started to decrease.The thermal conductivity increased obviously when the content of Al2O3 additive increased.
