基于我国国情的城镇化过程综合分析

COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS OF THE URBANIZATION PROCESS BASED ON CHINA'S CONDITIONS

城镇化推动了我国经济社会的快速发展,并大大提高了城镇居民的生产生活条件。然而,近10多年来,我国城镇化速度却脱离了循序渐进的原则,忽视了城镇化的质量与可持续发展,出现了"冒进式"的城镇化现象。文章通过我国城镇化过速发展与空间失控的原因分析研究,建议采取严格而多方面的综合措施,遏制"冒进式"城镇化和空间失控的严重趋势。使我国城镇化严格按照循序渐进的原则,走一条资源节约型即"高密度、高效率、节约型、现代化"的道路。

Urbanization has driven economic and social development of China and significantly improved the lives and production conditions of the urban residents.However,in the past 10 years,China's urbanization speed has deviated from the principle of gradual and orderly progress,neglected the quality of urbanization and sustainable development and appeared the 'rash advance' of the phenomenon of urbanization.Through the analysis of the reasons for the over-rapid development and uncontrolled space of China's urbanization,this paper proposed strict and various comprehensive measures for containing the serious trend of 'rash advance' of urbanization and uncontrolled space.The main purpose is to make china's urbanization follow the principle of gradual and orderly progress strictly and take a resource-saving road of development,that is,take a 'high-density,high-efficiency,saving and modernization' of the road.
