摘要
将基于进化策略电力系统稳定器(PSS)频域法应用到江苏PSS参数优化。以PSS在低频振荡范围内(0.2~2.0Hz)产生的附加阻尼转矩ΔTe与Δω尽可能同相位为目标优化超前-滞后环节参数;再以PSS极限增益的1/3~1/5确定PSS的增益值。优化仿真结果表明,这是一种有效的PSS参数优化方法,所得到的参数优化结果对系统运行方式变化有很好的鲁棒性。
Frequency-domain method based on evolutionary strategy(ES) for optimal design of stabilizers(PSS) in Jiangsu electric power system is presented in this paper.An objective function,which minimize the angle between ΔTe and Δω,is proposed for the lead-lag parameters optimization.The gain of PSS is determined by 1/3~1/5 of its max gain.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method,and the optimized parameters possess good robustness on variation of loading conditions and system configurations.
