A Tentative Analysis of the Current Rural Land System Restrictions on the Urbanization

分析了中国城市化的现状,针对现行农地制度对城市化的制约,提出了明晰农地产权关系,稳定农地承包经营权,建立合理的农村土地流转机制,土地适度规模经营,加快城市化进程的战略措施。

This paper presents the actuality of Chinese urbanization,according to the restriction of current rural land system to the urbanization,this article raises some strategic measures including making clear of the property order of country land,stabilizing the rights of land contract management,building the reasonable country land flow and transfer system,Optimum scale land management and speeding up the urbanization.
