CEO薪酬的影响因素实证分析——基于我国信息行业上市公司的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过构建多元线性回归模型,以信息行业上市公司为研究对象,考虑可能影响我国上市公司CEO年度薪酬的不同变量,从公司业绩等6个方面描述了影响CEO薪酬的一些因素。研究结果表明:公司业绩、公司规模、地区、年龄及与薪酬之间存在正相关关系;第一大股东的持股比例、两职分离与薪酬之间存在负相关关系;其中对薪酬具有显著影响的变量为公司业绩、公司规模、第一大股东的持股比例。 The multi-variable linear regression model is established based on the public companies in Chinese information industry.The different variables affecting the CEO's annual salary in the Chinese public company are considered to show the influence factors about the CEO's salary from the business performance etc.The results shows that there are the Positive correlation among the salary and these factors such as the business performance,the company size,the area where the company is in and the age and there are also the negative correlation among the salary and the holding-stock proportion of the first major stockholder, the separation of the property rights and the operating right.In those variables,the business performance,company size and the holding-stock proportion of the first major stockholder are of great influence to the salary.
