摘要
采用盆栽花生喷施不同酸度的模拟酸雨的方法,研究了模拟酸雨对花生叶片可见性伤害、植株分枝数、株高、叶绿素含量和丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明:模拟酸雨对花生的伤害和酸雨的pH值密切相关,在pH≤3.0的时候,叶片出现可见性伤害,叶绿素含量降低、丙二醛含量升高。
Complex effects of simulated acid rain on the growth and physiological biochemical characteristics of Arachis hypogaea L.were studied with a pot cultural experiment.The visible symptoms damages of simulated acid rain and its effect on the content of chlorophyll and the content of MDA were studied The results were as follows: the sensibility of visible damage to acid rain was mainly determined by pH value of acid rain.Under acid rain of pH≤3.0,leaves of Arachis hypogaea L.were damaged,chlorophyll content decreased,however,MDA content of leaves increased.
