人们在发展高职的过程中形成了各种各样的理念,其中有些对高职发展起到了积极促进作用,有些却对高职的长远发展不利。高等职教的持续健康发展,目前亟需改变注重速度增长和数量扩充的发展理念、趋同发展的理念和过度依赖生源市场获取办学资源的发展理念。

Different thoughts have formed in the development of higher vocational education,and some of them have played the positive role while some are unfavorable for the development in lone term.At present,the thoughts of emphasizing speed and quantity,the identical development and excessive reliance on student enrolment for reouces should be changed.
