The society today is lacking in humanistic spirit.And reshaping it is directly related to the education of successors and the future of our motherland.Library is a distributing center in literature and information and an auxiliary institution for culture and education.It is also a college without walls.The function of its social education endows the librarian with the historical responsibility to implement the humanistic education for juveniles.
