摘要 文章概述了黄瓜白粉病病原菌的种类、特性、寄主范围及其分布,Sphaerotheca fuliginea和Erysiphe cichoracearum的致病力类型和生理小种的分化,黄瓜抗白粉病鉴定接种方法,生物技术在瓜类白粉病病原菌研究中的应用以及黄瓜抗白粉病的遗传基础,并提出了今后黄瓜白粉病研究的方向。 This article introduced powdery mildew of cucumber including its pathogen species,characteris-tics,host range and distribution,differentiation of pathogenicity specialization and physiological race of Sphaerot-heca fuliginea and Erysiphe cichoracearum,inoculation method for identifying the resistance to powdery mildew,application of biological technique on research on pathogenic fungi,and genetic basis of resistance to powdery mildew in cucumber,and directions to research cucumber powdery mildew in future were reviewed.
