电针对心肌缺血再灌注家兔延髓β-内啡肽含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究电针对心肌缺血再灌注损伤家兔延髓β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量的影响。方法:将家兔随机分为4组:假手术组、模型组、电针内关组、电针列缺组。采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支30min,再灌注60min,建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。应用放免技术,检测电针对缺血再灌注损伤家兔延髓β-EP含量的影响。结果:模型组家兔延髓β-EP含量明显升高,电针内关组延髓β-EP含量与模型组、电针列缺组比较显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:电针内关可以调节延髓β-EP含量,从而减轻缺血再灌注对心肌细胞的损伤,这可能是电针抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的中枢机制之一。 Objective:To study the influence of electro-acupuncture (EA)on the content ofβ-endorphine in medullary bulb of myocardial ischemia reperfusien injury.Methods:Rabbits were divided into four groups:sham operating group,model group,EA at Neiguan points group,EA at Lieque points group.Myocardial ischemia reperfusion in- jury model was produced by ligaturing anterior descending branch of left coronary artery for 30 minutes and reperfusion for 60 minutes in rab- bits.Observed the influence of electro-acupuncture(EA)on the con- tent ofβ-endorphine in medullary bulb of myocardial ischemia reperfu- sion injury.Results:The content ofβ-endorphine in medullary bulb of model group was significantly higher than sham operating group(P<0.01).Compared with model group and EA at Lieque points group, the content ofβ-endorphine in group of EA at Neiguan points was sig- nificantly lower.Conclusion:EA can significantly reduce the content ofβ——EP in medullary bulb of rabbits with ischemia reperfusion injury my- ocardium and alleviate the injury of myocardial ischemia reperfusion, which maybe one of the possible functional pathways of EA against the injury of myocardial ischemia reperfusion.
