摘要
作者对近年来我国图书馆学专业毕业的图书馆员进行了抽样问卷调查,调查内容为目前图书馆学专业毕业学生在图书馆的岗位分布情况与从业心态、图书馆员理解的职业竞争力及对自身职业竞争力的评价、图书馆学专业核心课程以及不同教学形式对图书馆员职业竞争力的影响等。在此基础上,作者提出了对我国图书馆学教育的发展与改革的思考。
