摘要
目的:探讨低温超高频电波刀治疗宫颈病变、尖锐湿疣的临床应用价值。方法:对我院2005年1月至2007年10月收治的宫颈病变、尖锐湿疣668例根据不同病情和范围分别行宫颈标准环切术、宫颈锥切术及尖锐湿疣切(刮)除术治疗。结果:用低温超高频电波刀治疗宫颈病变、尖锐湿疣的总治愈率达98.5%;尽管术后有10例出现颈管黏膜增生,但用球形电极再次电凝处理后未见复发。结论:低温超高频电波刀治疗宫颈病变及外阴良性赘生物操作简单、安全,治愈率高,术后并发症少,不影响生育。
