摘要
目的研究骨碎补和雌激素对双侧卵巢切除(OVX)大鼠骨质疏松的作用。方法55只雌性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、模型组、雌激素组、骨碎补组。用OVX大鼠建立绝经后骨质疏松模型,用骨组织形态计量学方法测量各组大鼠的骨形态学和动力学参数。结果与模型组比较,各组骨小梁体积、骨小梁厚度、骨小梁密度增加,骨小梁间隙及骨小梁表面积和体积之比减少(P<0.05),而骨皮质宽度未见显著性差异;与模型组比较,各组类骨质表面、单标表面、双标表面、组织水平的骨形成速率减少,类骨质成熟时间延长(P<0.05)。雌激素组和骨碎补组各参数间未见显著差异。雌激素组、骨碎补组与正常对照组、假手术组比较,类骨质表面、单标表面、双标表面、组织水平的骨形成速率增加,类骨质成熟时间缩短(P<0.05),其余各项参数未见显著性差异。雌激素组和骨碎补组各参数间未见显著性差异。结论骨碎补与雌激素作用类似,可抑制绝经后高转换型骨质疏松,增加骨小梁骨量和连接性。
