石榴皮中总黄酮含量的测定

Determination of the Content of Total Flavone from Pomegranate Rind

三氯化铝与黄酮类化合物作用后,生成黄酮的络合物为黄色,使用分光光度计测定总黄酮的含量。用50%乙醇分别对石榴皮、内隔肉、内膜中黄酮类成分的分离进行实验,实验结果表明:石榴皮、内隔肉、内膜总黄酮含量分别为皮>内隔肉>内膜。

The aluminium complex compound of aluminium trichlorid and flavonoid is yellow.In this paper,we determined the content of the total flavone by spectrophotometer.50% ethanol was used to separate flavonoid in Pomegranate rind,inside meat,inside touches in the experiment.The result show that the total flavonoid of pomegranate rind,inside meat,inside touches contains deal difference as the rind>meat inside>inside touches.
