摘要
对学习者自主学习的关注和探讨已成为我国大学英语教学研究中的一个热点,而学习者的自主性发展在很大程度上取决于教师职业的自主性发展。从以教师为中心、依赖教参和现成的电子教案的教学模式转变成以学生为中心的自主教学体系,教师应该赋权与学习者,课前自主备课,课上营造师生、生生的良性互动,课下进行教学反思和形成性评估。教师身体力行,能更加有效地帮助学习者走上一条受益终身的自主学习之路。本文是笔者进行自主教学实践的研究成果,具有一定的现实意义。
Changes in the teaching model consist in changes in teaching philosophy, and in a shift from the teacher-centered pattern where the teacher has all the say and relies on ready-made teacher s reference books and electronic course materials, to the student-centered pattern, in which the teacher is supposed to empower the learner, to prepare lessons autonomously before class, to create interactive class teaching and to go on with formative performance assessment and affective reflection on classroom processes....
