摘要
本文以航天科技组织中的知识型员工为研究对象,针对航天领域内知识型员工的群体特征、组织特征和工作特征,分析并对航天科技组织中知识型员工的满意度维度及其影响因素进行了实地测评,作出了改进满意度的系统建议。
In this paper,the factors that effect the employee satisfaction are discussed,according to the characteristics of knowledge- model employee.It also expatiates on the effects of all kinds of the commitment to knowledge-model employee satisfaction.On the basis of the feedback from questionnaires for a certain aerospace science and technology organization,this paper is intended to explore and analyze the knowledge-model employee satisfaction systems,including its meaning,influence factors and the knowledge-model employee satisfaction management methods.At the end of the article some suggestions to enhance knowledge-model employee's sati- sfaction are proposed.
