培养料配方对草菇生长及产量的影响

Benefit-comparing Experiment of Culture Material on Yield of Volvariella Volvacea (Bull. ex Fr.) Sing.

以草菇(大草32)为试材,在夏季高温条件下,利用夏闲蔬菜温室,研究了不同配方培养料对草菇生长及产量的影响。结果表明:配方Ⅲ栽培草菇的经济效益和投资回报率均最高,分别达到了2 297.20元和721%。棉籽壳中加入一定量的麦秸,可以加快草菇菌丝的生长速度,提早草菇原基形成时间,提高棉籽壳利用率,增加草菇产量,从而显著提高经济效益。

In the high-temperature condition of summer season in the green house,volvariella volvacea(Bull.ex Fr.)Sing.'s output and benefit were studied with the different formula's culture material.The results show that: volvariella volvacea(Bull.ex Fr.)Sing.'s economic benefit and repay-and investment's ratio in the formula 3 were higher than the other different formula,were 2 297.00 yuan(RMB) and 721% respectively.The result shows that a certain amount of wheat straw is added into the formula may increase the output of volvariella volvacea(Bull.ex Fr.)Sing.,thus improving economic benefit evidently.
