青年人短暂性脑缺血发作的临床分析

The clinical study of transient ischemic attack in young adult patients

目的研究青年人TIA的临床特点。方法对72例45岁以下的青年TIA患者的临床表现、血液生化检查、心电图、颈动脉血管彩色超声检查、影像学特点、短期预后进行分析。结果青年TIA患者高血压、糖尿病、心电图异常及颈动脉硬化斑块检出率均较高,TIA持续时间1小时以内最多。结论青年TIA与老年患者有相似的危险因素,发作时间超过1小时的青年TIA患者应警惕脑梗死发生的可能。

Objective To study the characteristics of transient ischemic attack(TIA)in young adults patients.Methods The clinical data in 72 patients under 45 years old with TIA were analyzed,including clinical exhibitions,biochemical laboratory of blood,EEG,colour Doppler flow imaging of carotid artery,brain CT or MRI and prognosis in 1 month.Results Hypertension,diabetes,abnormity in EEG and carotid plaque are very common.Most duration of TIA in young adults is from seconds to one hour.Conclusion The risk factors in young were similar to those in old adults.And we should pay more attention to the patients with TIA which is longer than 1 hour.
