自然资源的“诅咒”与西部地区的经济发展被引量：19

ON the curse of natural resources and economic development in the West of China

摘要我国西部地区自然资源富集,但发展不足,就人均地区生产总值而论,存在着所谓“自然资源的诅咒”.西部地区经济发展滞后是诸多因素造成的,本文认为区位、学习效应和金融因素可能是几个重要因素.本文最后提出了自然资源富集的西部地区,要走出“自然资源的诅咒”,实现经济快速健康发展的可供选择的措施或战略. It is believed by the author that the West of China is rich in natural resources but it is underdeveloped.There is the curse of natural resources in the per capita GRP.Many factors cause the lagging economic development in the West of China.The writer thinks that location and the study effect and financial factor are important factors.Finally the writer puts forward some choices to help the West of China get out of the curse of natural resources and realize economic development.
