摘要
阿维菌素是目前最有效的杀灭动植物寄生虫的抗生素之一。对阿维菌素高产菌株的培育、发酵培养基的优化以及产品的分离纯化进行了综述,指出阿维菌素是很有前景的一类低毒害生物农药。
Avermectins are one of the most effective antibiotic pesticides for animals and plants.Mutagenesis strain-improving of Strentomyces avermitilis,culture medium optimization and crystallization in the process for producing Avermectins are reviewed,and it is thought as a kind of promising bio-pesticide with low poison.
