基于Petir网的产品全生命周期过程模型研究

Research on the model of product lifecycle process based on Petri net

产品全生命周期的过程管理和信息管理是产品全生命周期管理的主要研究内容,但迄今为止的绝大多数研究都集中在信息管理层面上,而对过程管理的研究则仅仅停留在直观的说明上。在对产品全生命周期过程进行详细分析的基础上,利用Petri网作为表达工具,建立了产品全生命周期过程模型,形式化地表达出产品全生命周期中产品设计和产品制造活动在信息意义上的并行性,为产品全生命周期过程的仿真和评价提供了理论依据。

Process management and information management of product lifecycle are two main contents of product lifecycle management.But the research of product lifecycle management up to now has primarily been about information management,while the study about process management remains at a simple description level.Based on the detailed analysis of processes of product lifecycle,a product lifecycle process model described by Petri net is presented in this paper.The concurrency between product design and manufacturing in the sense of information is formally expressed.The work in this paper forms the basis of simulation and evaluation of product lifecycle processes.
