摘要
目的探讨复杂跟骨骨折治疗方法及AO钢板内固定价值。方法应用AO钢板治疗累及距下关节的跟骨骨折24例,术中注意关节面复位和Bohler角的恢复。结果24例病人经12￣24个月随访,按照Fernandez评定标准:24例跟骨SandersⅡ-Ⅳ型骨折病人有18足评为优良。结论距下关节面的复位和Bohler角的恢复,牢固的内固定和术后足够长时间的负重限制是成功的关键。
Objective To study the methods of surgical treatment of complex calcaneal fractures and the value of wich with AO plates.Methods 24 joint depression type calcaneal fractures were treated,all cases were treated with AO plates.During operation,we paid attenation to the reduction of intra-articular surface.angle of Bohler.Results 24 cases were followed up form 12~24 months.According to the criteria of the Fernandez scores: 18 foots in the SandersⅡ-Ⅳ Types of 24 cases were good and execllent.Conclusion Good reduction of inticular surface.angle of Bohler Secure internal fixation and permitted postoperative full weight bearing would be the key of success.
