尿石净汤帮助ESWL术后泌尿系结石排出疗效观察

Observationon the Treatment of Residual Stone after ESWL Operation with Niaoshijing Decoction

目的观察尿石净汤帮助ESWL术后泌尿系结石排出的疗效。方法118例ESWL术后患者简单随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组为ESWL术后口服尿石净汤60例,对照组为ESWL术后口服德国消石素58例。结果治疗组治愈34例,有效22例,无效4例;对照组治愈16例,有效22例,无效20例。两组治疗效果进行Ridit分析,疗效有显著性差异(u=3.9502,P=0.0001<0.05)。结论尿石净汤帮助ESWL术后泌尿系结石排出的疗效明显优于消石素。

Objective To investigate the Treatment of Residual Stone after ESWL Operation with Niaoshijing Decoction.Methods 118 patients after ESWL Operation were simple randomized design divided into two groups. Sixty cases of residual stone after ESWL operation were treated with niaoshijing decoction, and 58 cases treated with Uralyt were set up as the control.Results In the treatment group,34cases cured,22 cases effective,4cases ineffective, In the controlgruop,16 cases cured,22 cases effective,20cases ineffective, The treatment effect of the two groups is different with the Ridit Analysis (u=3.9502,P=0.0001<0.05).Conclusion Niaoshijing Decoction is a effective drug on treatment of Residual Stone after ESWL Operation.
