摘要
采用TJ-HL-T5000型连续横流CO2激光器对45钢表面进行激光熔凝处理。通过熔凝后的组织和性能变化,来研究熔凝处理对45钢的影响。结果显示,表面熔凝后的组织受到固溶强化、位错强化和细晶强化等强化效果,使得材料力学性能显著提高。
Laser melting treatment on 45 steel was performed with HJ-HL-T5000 continuous wave CO2 laser. Influence of laser melting treatment on 45 steel was studies according to the variation of microstruture and properties of the steel. The results show that mechanical properties are increased because of solution strength, dislocation strength and fine - crystal strength of microstructure .
