摘要
对UG环境下汽车覆盖件冲压CAPP/CAE集成系统进行了研究,重点探讨了有限元网格的生成、数据模型转换以及后置处理相关技术。通过自行编制的模型转换程序,实现了有限元模型在CAD系统和CAE系统间的方便快捷的相互转换。应用实例表明,该系统可以进行快速的优化设计和成形性模拟,解决汽车覆盖件自适应工艺设计的优化问题,提高工艺设计的效率和质量。
UG based stamping CAPP/CAE integration system for automotive panels have been researched with emphasis on some key techniques such as the FEM mesh generation,the model transformation and the post-processing. By developing the interface procedure of the model transformation,the finite element model was successfully transformed between CAD system and CAE system without distortion.Application has shown that fast optimum design and forming simulation can be verified in the integration system,so it can be applied to the optimal design of self-adaptive process planning for automotive panels with improved quality and efficiency of process plans.
