摘要
针对由于热风炉结构复杂,理论求解和物理实验研究均很难得到其热交换精确解的情况,提出基于计算流体动力学(CFD)的数值模拟联合仿真方法,可以有效地分析不同热交换载体结构对于热交换的影响,仿真结果验证此方法的可行性。
Due to the problem that the theoretical analysis and testing model can not be used to get accurate results of heat-exchange,a simulation method based on CFD is presented.For different configuration,the effect of heat-exchange can be analyzed exactly,and the feasibility of the method has been proved by the simulation results.
