基于治理能力的新创企业公司治理研究

On the Governance of Entrepreneurial Firms

目前中国大部分新创企业存在着较大的治理隐患,因此对于新创企业治理能力进行研究有着重要的实际意义。本文以治理能力为核心,以治理机制为突破点,结合新创企业内、外部治理的状况及问题,探讨了在一定治理目标下的治理优化模式,并且分析了合法性与新创企业之间的关系。

On the basis of the inner and outside corporate governance of entrepreneurial firms,this paper is fo- cusing on corporate governance competence and the governance mechanisms so as to analyze the solution of govern- ance improving.At last,the author researches the relationship between legitimacy and the corporate governance of entrepreneurial firms.
