摘要
对复合型教练团队的概念进行了界定,探讨了我国CBA球队中构建复合型教练团队的必要性,并提出了CBA球队复合型教练团队的组织结构构架以及团队内各成员的职责,为我国CBA职业俱乐部球队的教练管理体制建设提供了理论参考。
<Abstracts>:The article generalizes the concept of multiplex coach group,discuss the requirements of constructing multiplex coach groups in CBA basketball teams,and make the framework of multiplex coach group and every member s responsibility.Offering basic theory of constructing management system of coach in CBA club teams.
