摘要
作为教师教育主体部分的高师院校的教师教育成为教师专业化的重要途径和关键因素.高师院校应在教师专业化理论指导下,以培养教师的专业化水准为出发点,以教师的专业发展为最终目标,改革教师教育的课程结构、内容及运行机制,建构合理的知识结构,突出实践知识、内隐知识,培养研究型教师,推进教师教育专业化和教师教育的持续发展.
College teacher education,as a principal part in teacher education,must be an important approach and key factor for teacher specialization.Under the guidance of teacher specialization theory,college should start from cultivating teachers' major level,aim at teachers' major development,reform course structure,content and operating system in teacher education,give prominence to practical knowledge and implicit knowledge,build reasonable knowledge construction and cultivate research-typed teacher so as to improve the specialization and sustainable development of teacher education.
