摘要
为了在保证高分子制品力学性能不变或提高的基础上,降低塑料制品生产成本及改善制品的工艺性能和使用性能,进而赋予制品以功能性,采用在树脂中进行非金属矿物粉体添加的方法,对实验结果进行分析,结果表明塑料制品的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度等力学性能随非金属矿物粉体的细度、添加量及表面改性的变化而变化,说明了非金属矿物粉体增强塑料制品力学性能的可行性,为非金属矿物粉体更好的应用提供了新的途径。
On the basis of keeping or even improving the mechanics property of plastics,in order to reduce the cost of producing plastics and improving the processing property and the serviceability of plastics products,and then offer the products some new functions,the method to add some kinds of nonmetallic mineral powders in the resin is adopted.After that,the result of the experiments is analyzed.The result shows that the mechanics property such as the intensity of drawing,the extending rate of rupturing,the intensity of the gap strikes,the crooked intensity of the plastic products is affected by the size,quantity that is added,and the surface modification of the nonmetallic mineral powder.It indicates that the nonmetallic mineral powder can improve the mechanics property of the plastic products,and offer a new method to the better use of the nonmetallic mineral powder.
