摘要 血管内皮生长因子(vascu lar endothe lia l grow th factor,VEGF)是具有诱导血管生成,增强血管通透性的细胞因子,可以在骨折部位的细胞中产生,对骨折愈合的影响显著。因此,能否将VEGF应用于临床已成为研究热点。 Vascular endothelial growth factor is a cell factor which can induce vasculogenesis and improve the vasopermeability.It can produce from the fractured cell and have a remarkable influence on bone fracture healing.Therefore,whether applying VEGF to clinic or not is becoming the focus of research.
