摘要
在瞬时刚性铣削力模型基础上,实现了铣削力、机床主轴切削扭矩和功率、刀具变形及切屑厚度的仿真,并提出了基于铣削加工过程时域仿真的加工工艺参数优化方法。实验证明该方法简单实用,有效提高了材料去除速率和机床的主轴功率利用率,从而使机床的加工效率明显提高。
In this paper,dynamics simulation of the milling process such as the cutting force,spindle power,torque,tool deflection and chip thickness is provided based on instant rigid cutting force model. Also,this paper presents a strategy of cutting parameters optimization based on simulation in the time domain. The validity and practicability of this strategy is testified by experiments.
