摘要
顶空固相微萃取(Head-space Solid-Phase Microextraction,SPME)技术是一种新的样品预处理手段,特别适合于微量挥发性成分的富集。与传统样品预处理方法相比,具有高效(快速、简便)、无需溶剂等优点,越来越多地应用于环境、食品和药品检测等多个领域。该文介绍了顶空固相微萃取的概况、原理、操作方法、影响因素及其在中药分析领域的应用情况,并探讨了其应用前景与发展方向。
