摘要
利用高精度激光位移传感器测量直流继电器触头弹跳的特征参数,通过实验研究其影响因素。结果表明,最大弹跳位移和最大弹跳时间随触头初始间隙以及簧片长度的增大而增大;动态接触力的变化范围随触头初始间隙的增大而增大,但随簧片的长度增加而减小;返回系数随触头初始间隙以及簧片长度的增大有减小的趋势。
An experimental investigation of influencing factors on contact bounce of DC relay by using a high-precision laser displacement sensor was presented.The results show that the maximum bouncing displacement and time increase corresponding to the increase of reed length and contact gap,the range of dynamic contact force variety is increased by increasing contact gap,but decreased by lengthening reed.Coefficient of restitution has a tendency of reduction with the length of reed and contact gap expanding.
