随着知识经济时代的到来,技术标准已经演变成为市场争夺的利器,并且逐渐开始与专利融合。通过选取1995年~2005年的国家标准累计量与国内专利申请授权量数据,建立回归模型,结果发现二者之间有显著相关性。因此,我国应以专利战略作为导向促进我国技术标准的发展。

Along with era of knowledge economy s arrival,the technical standard already has evolved into the sharp weapon which market competes for,and gradually fused with patent.Through 1995～2005 year national standards accumulation quantity and the domestic patented claim authorization quantity data,establishes the regression model,finally discovers that between the two,there is remarkable relevance.Therefore,to promote our country technical standard development,should has the patent strategy as the guidance.
