摘要
150羽1日龄固始鸡随机分为对照组与试验组,分别在饮水中添加0、400 mg/L硼,试验期6周。每周每组取10羽鸡扑杀,取胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏,称重,制作切片并观察。结果显示:试验组鸡胸腺质量(TW)及胸腺体质量比(TW/BW)均显著或极显著低于同日龄对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。胸腺于7~14 d明显萎缩;21 d起,大多数鸡的胸腺发育开始恢复。法氏囊质量(FW)及法氏囊体质量比(FW/BW)均极显著低于同日龄对照组(P<0.01),组织退化严重,且不见恢复迹象。脾脏质量(SW)及脾脏体质量比(SW/BW)显著或极显著低于同日龄对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),脾小结发育受到明显抑制。上述结果说明:硼中毒在引起雏鸡中枢和外周免疫器官急剧退化的同时,也会影响整个免疫器官的发育和功能,进而损害机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫过程,危害雏鸡健康。
A total of 150 one-old Gushi chickens were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,and offered the water supplemented with 0 and 400 mg/L of boron.Ten chickens in each group were slaughtered at each weekend.Thymus,bursa of Fabricius and spleen were obtained,weighted,paraffin section made and observed under microscope.The results were as follows:Experiment group thymus weight(TW) and thymus weight/body weight ratios(TW/BW,except for 28 days) reduced markedly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Thymus wi...
