摘要
基于克劳休斯-莫索缔方程和德拜理论,建立了石英玻璃的介电模型,分析了石英玻璃的高温介电及损耗性质.本文讨论了高温下析晶行为对石英玻璃介电常数的影响,并着重分析了石英玻璃介电损耗的来源,指出了在高温下石英玻璃的损耗主要是电导损耗,并得出了石英玻璃介电损耗的温度特性.
Based on Clausius-Mosotti equation and Debye theory, the dielectric model for quartz glass was developed in this paper, and the temperature dependence and frequency dependence of dielectric constant and dielectric loss of quartz glass were thus deduced, respectively. The influence of crystallization at high temperature on dielectric constant of quartz glass was analyzed.
