摘要
目的:目前中药半夏以假充真现象较多,探求更便捷、精准的半夏及其伪品掌叶半夏的鉴定方法。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)对半夏及其伪品掌叶半夏蛋白多肽进行分析。结果:半夏及其伪品掌叶半夏蛋白多肽高效毛细管电泳图谱有明显的差异,重复性良好。结论:高效毛细管电泳可作为半夏及其伪品掌叶半夏的鉴定方法。
