摘要
现代社会,应激事件增多,冲突加剧,在工作中突出地表现为工作者的身心耗竭状态。职业倦怠已被视为现代社会的危机和现代生活的疾病。教学工作本身就是一种应激情境,教师所面对的是正在成长的个体,不但要投入大量的时间与精力来进行教学,而且要面对家长、社会的诸多压力。这种现象可能耗损教师的工作士气和情绪,导致教师心身的倦怠。本文从教师的职业特点出发,探索教师职业倦怠的成因,提出了一些心理调适的方法。
In modem society, with the increasing incidental events and conflicts. Workers are exhausted both in body and mind. Professional tiredness has been regarded the crisis and illness in modem society and life. Teaching itself is actually a kind of incidental circumstance. Teachers are facing the growing individuals, they not only spend much time and energy in teaching but confront a good deal of pressure from heads of household and the whole society. This phenomenon may consume teachers' working morale and emotion, and it may also cause their tiredness physically and mentally. From teachers' professional characteristics, the following article will explore the causes of formation If teachers' professional tiredness, and meanwhile it will contribute some psychological adjustable methods.
