摘要
针对我国英语词汇教学存在着高投入、低成效现象后隐藏的问题,提出要想改进词汇教学的现状,教师应在教学中实现"以学生为主体",引导学生正确认识词汇学习的特点,并帮助他们培养词汇学习策略。
'High cost, low efficiency' virtually depicts the embarrassing reality in the teaching of English vocabulary in China. The author explores into this phenomenon for the possible causes, and then points out that the key to improve vocabulary teaching is to realize 'student-centeredness' in classroom teaching, give students insight into the nature of vocabulary learning, and help them to cultivate their own vocabulary learning strategies.
