一种预测蚀坑腐蚀疲劳寿命的概率模型 被引量:5

摘要 蚀坑腐蚀引起的疲劳损伤过程包括七个阶段 ,蚀坑形成、蚀坑扩展、蚀坑转变为疲劳小裂纹、小裂纹扩展、小裂纹转变为长裂纹、长裂纹扩展和断裂。用一阶可靠性方法 (first orderreliabilitymethod ,FORM )和蒙特卡洛模拟法分别计算铝合金蚀坑腐蚀疲劳寿命 ,得到疲劳寿命的累积分布函数 (cumulativedistributionfunction ,CDF) ,进行概率敏感性分析。同时研究几个随机变量及其变异系数 (coefficientofvariation ,COV) The fatigue damage process induced by pitting corrosion is composed of seven stages: pitting nucleation,pit growth,transtion from pit to short crack growth, transition from short crack to long crack, long crack growth and fracture. An analytical first-order reliability method(FROM) and Monte Carlo simulation are implemented with the proposed model. The cumulative distribution function(CDF) of the fatigue life of Aluminum alloy is obtained. Probabilistic sensitivity analysis is performed using FROM and the effect of several random variables and their variance on the fatigue life estimation is investigated.
