摘要
为改造温光敏两系小麦C4 9S的弱点 ,转育了新的抗条锈温光敏两系小麦MTS - 1、MTS - 2。对MTS - 1、MTS - 2的利用价值进行了评价 ,研究了MTS - 1、MTS - 2的育性稳定性 ,抗性和杂种一代优势表现 ,结果表明 :MTS - 1、MTS - 2比C4 9S具有更长的不育期 ,不育特性更稳定 ,更适合川西北生态条件 ,MTS - 1、MTS - 2免疫条锈且遗传力强 ,杂种一代优势明显 ,杂种优势主要表现在穗粒数和千粒重上。
In order to improve thermo-photo-sensitive male sterile wheat C49S,new stripe rust resistant thermo-photo-sensitive wheat MTS-1 and MTS-2 were bred. Fertility stability, stripe rust resistant ability and heterosis were studied to evaluation MTS-1 and MTS-2. The results were as follow: MTS-1 and MTS-2 had longer sterile phase, more sterile stability than C49S and more adapted to North-West of Sichuan. MTS-1 and MTS-2 immune to stripe rust, high heritability of rust resistance and obvious heterosis which mainly consist of greatly grain per spike and 1000-grain weight.
